| do you have any program that you are sync'ing? could be the culprit. if none, try to delete the partnership then re-establish it again. if still doesn't solve it, try to uninstall then re-install the active sync.

hi there ucbearcat,
thanks for the software, im sure this will be of great help, unfortunately, it didnt solve the hanging problem, it just keeps on syncing, its like that the green circle keeps on rotating and stucks on something like "13 items not synchronized"...
thanks again ucbearcat... _________________ What the locust have eaten, my Lord can restore...and what the enemy has taken, my Lord gives me more...

i cant check the option, since the active sync is still running and sometimes the skyscape runs, sometimes it doesnt...
thanks again, i tried looking under the help button, unfortunately, there's no solution... _________________ What the locust have eaten, my Lord can restore...and what the enemy has taken, my Lord gives me more...

i have that same problem with "bit defender", activesync disconnects before the program installation is through (although sometimes it works). you should uninstall the anti virus because simply disabling the built in firewall or permitting active sync in it will not do. sync without the anti virus then just install it later.
...bear with this process until you find the solution

hi there mr.moderator david,
thanks for the prompt response, i cant uninstall the activesync, wala siyang option ng remove programs sa "My Computer", kumbaga eh wala siya button to remove or click to it. What do you think i should do?
thanks again in advance.
