Have you tried to activate your SMART MMS service by sending "MMS ON" to 3401?

I assume you are using the original ROM for the unit. If not, what cooked ROM are you using?

Have you tried asking for assistance from the Smart Customer Care Representative at your location?

haven't handled the xda for quite some time now, but if you can locate the mms options/settings, don't use "Smart MMS Settings"...choose "Smart Internet Settings". that fixed my mms problem before. you can also double check if you're using Server address http://10.102.61.238:8002; Gateway 10.102.61.46

I've been having problems sending MMS myself. I don't think it's the phone or your settings. I think it's the network itself that is having a problem. Over the past week, it would take me no less than a dozen retries to successfully send out one MMS. Result... faster battery life.

First activate your mms service by calling customer care. You will be provided settings for mms service from your service provider. Whenever you get settings, just save it on your pda and just restart your phone.
