yup i used j9 but also flashed the phone part. used sorg's and sleep mode is back but there are a couple of issues:

- wm 6.5 calendar shortcut goes into "day mode" even if i put it in agenda
- sometimes pressing the "envelope" icon when creating a new sms doesn't work

will try diff. combinations and see how it affects the performance

the default mode in calendar is in day mode but you can select to agenda view.

i have no problem about sms composer just long to load sometimes. try realigning your screen and a soft reset. my problem before is the back button(arrow button) doesn't work, after realigning the screen, it works.. use the stylus in aligning to align it accurately.

hope that would help..

so even if i change the settings to view it in "agenda mode" it'll still come out in "day mode"? i noticed that if i use samsung widgets and change the settings, it now shows in "agenda mode".

will try realigning....seems i also forgot to re-init the eeprom. thanks!

Yeah... kasi naman...

Anyway, Samsung promised this way back before the launch which is a good thing. At least you get extended usage out of it.

Those are most probably cooked ROMs, just wait for the official upgrade download from the Samsung site, just the same way they did with the Omnia, SGH-i780, & SGH-i600, I read in some net article that there's a white Omnia 2 coming, that's one advantage waiting for the 6.5 upgrade, another is the price, I remember back in it's September release, it was around P29,900 for the 16 GB, now it's down to P26,400. I'm waiting for the upgrade, not the phone Very Happy
