If you haven't checked on your Hotmail account, then now is the time.

The new hotmail comes with a few enhancements that are great tools for the mobile computer user who needs quick access to email, Office documents and the like.

The new Hotmail now allows you to do easier searches for email from particular senders. Cleaning up your inbox has never been easier. It's as simple as right clicking on the email and clicking For this sender and you get more choices of what you can do. You can send mail to the sender, look for all the mail from that sender, move all mail from that particular sender or delete all mail from that particular sender. This makes spam control much easier, as well as cleaning up your inbox from non-important notices from various social networking sites which after you've seen them are no longer needed.

The new Sweep command does the same thing from the menu and it allows you to easily manage your email by easily selecting email which you want to put in particular folders. The search feature has also been refined and works very well.

What you really get overall is the ease of use of Outlook in Hotmail.

Also, attaching files is much easier now and it gives you several options. Whether you're attaching files from your computer, or from the Internet, the options are already there to make things easier for the user to use.

Another nice feature is the built-in Office support. No need to download the files for you to read them. Hotmail comes with Office 2010 Web Applications that allow you to view, edit, or create Office 2010, Excel 2010, and PowerPoint 2010 files. And yes, since they are web-apps, you work on them online!
